as of now, i have decided the genre of the magazine will be metal/heavy rock. i already know a lot about this genre, which in turn will make it easier for me.
but now i will post a series of statistics, to try and show you that there is a market for this kind of magazine. 

as you can see from the chart, the magazine which was purchased the most was classic rock

3rd in the chart is then Kerrang! which is then followed by Metal Hammer. 3 out of the top 4 are all from the genre i have chosen to do, and in my opinion, that is very good. it shows that these kind of magazines sell, and sell well. it shows that they are commerically viable, and that they should be a success, if done correctly!
